Who we are

The AI Readiness Scanner is a product by ShuaBuilds (Schwa Potter). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email [email protected].

What this service is

The AI Readiness Scanner analyzes publicly available information about your website and generates an AI visibility score, along with optional implementation materials (schema markup, LLMs.txt, content checklist) delivered by email.

Results are informational. They represent our best assessment of your site's AI visibility at the time of the scan. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, traffic increase, or business result from using our products.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this scanner only on websites you own or have explicit permission to analyze. You may not use this service to:

Scan websites without authorization from the site owner
Scrape, resell, or redistribute scan results for commercial purposes without our consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the scanner
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the intake form

Payment and refund policy

The AI Visibility Fix is priced at $79 USD. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card information.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. If you're not satisfied with your results, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Delivery

After purchase, you'll complete a short intake form. Your deliverables (schema markup, LLMs.txt, content checklist, and install guide) are generated and emailed to you, typically within a few minutes. If you don't receive your email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Intellectual property

The schema markup, LLMs.txt, and other materials we generate for you are yours to use however you like. You retain full ownership of your website content and business information. We retain ownership of the scanner software, scoring methodology, and site design.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShuaBuilds and Schwa Potter are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost clients, or search ranking changes.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid ($79).

No warranties

This service is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of scan results for any particular purpose. AI search is a rapidly evolving landscape; results may change over time as AI models update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in Wisconsin courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the scanner after changes constitutes acceptance.
